Once processed, shipments move through certified carrier partners whose performance metrics align with our service-level expectations.
Transit times vary based on destination, carrier selection, and real-time network conditions. While Jodi Couture provides estimated delivery windows at checkout, users acknowledge that these timelines are projections and may be impacted by factors outside our organizational control, including weather events, carrier delays, and regional restrictions. Jodi Couture is not liable for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier, though our support team remains available to triage exceptions and facilitate resolution.
All customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the point of purchase. Orders routed to incorrect or inaccessible addresses due to user error may incur additional fees or extended timelines. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Jodi Couture considers the delivery complete. Any concerns regarding lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages must be reported within the specified claims window so our team can initiate a support assessment and explore recovery or replacement pathways based on internal policy parameters.
