All sales made through the platform are considered final unless the product qualifies under our defined exception criteria. Refund eligibility is strictly evaluated based on product condition, fulfillment accuracy, and compliance with the brand’s return-authorization workflow.

To initiate a refund review, customers must submit a formal request within the designated claims window, accompanied by order details and any required supporting evidence. All returned items must arrive in unused, original condition with packaging and tags intact to move forward in the evaluation cycle. Jodi Couture reserves full discretion to approve or deny refund requests based on quality assurance checks, risk indicators, and the alignment of the request with our internal service protocols.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel within the standard financial remittance period established by the issuing bank or processor. Jodi Couture is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. Any disputes arising from unauthorized charges, delayed remittances, or incomplete claim documentation will be handled through the brand’s escalation process to ensure operational consistency and stakeholder transparency.
